For naturally ventilated buildings, the neutrality temperatures
(26.1–27.4 1C) for Malaysia [54], found earlier, correspond well to
27.4 1C ET* obtained in Thailand [51] and 28.5 1C in [50].
The results of these studies are also in line with the current revisions to ASHRAE Standard 55 that include a new adaptive comfort standard (ACS) that allows warmer indoor temperatures for naturally ventilated buildings in warmer climate zones [14].
