• Thank you for volunteering, I really appreciate it
• We continue to focus on making GfK a great place to work and the staff committee plays a very important role in this
• Gfk is your company just as much as it is mine – let’s work together to make it great
• It’s really important we understand the needs of staff – please talk with your colleagues and be the voice of the staff
• Meet at least once every two months about any issues you feel important. We will give you budget to have a nice lunch.
• Come and join a management meeting every two months to represent employees. Maybe two of you can join – can nominate / take it in turns
• From time to time the management team will ask your advice. For example on location for staff outing, for social activities to organize.
