INTRODUCTION
In the recent years, the computer technology has occurred tremendous change which has had the profound influence to the education of the computer science [1]. The internet has become the preferred place for information searches. Retrieving information online is convenient, inexpensive, easy, fast, and allows access to information without geographic limitations [2]. The computation includes more disciplines that have separate own integrity and education character. Because the connection and extension rapidly expanding, each branch has formed the rich and integrity knowledge system and has impossibly arrayed the so rich content in a single curriculum system of undergraduate course [3]. Because increasing rate of the new subject and the new technology is more faster than the reduction of the old subject causes the computer professional plan of education content being more and more rich, the phenomenon of the specialized cultivation has submerged specialization character, makes the students who we raised are unable to connect with the social demand [4]. On the other hand, because of the computer specialized education content being more and more rich confining to the tradition education plan revision frame, no matter what computer specialization at all levels are imitates other schools the plan of instruction made the computer undergraduate course that appears obvious deviation in the personnel training localization and the student that can not match with the triangle structure of the social demand we raised, leading to two erroneous zones of the computer discipline undergraduate education [5], [6]. The development of information technology and computer education has injected new vitality into the development of all aspects of education led to the computer [7]. These mainly include system, changes in the structure of education; Education, the reform of education and teaching methods [8]. Information technology and educational technology in the teaching process, the application to change the things the students in the learning process of understanding, perception, consolidate, using fused; change the teaching, teaching law; changes in the process of teaching teachers, students materials on the relationship among the three [9]. Hence, computer education and information technology education on the impact is enormous. A development of information technology is the research of information access, transmission and processing technology, computer technology, communications technology, combines microelectronic technology, sometimes is called “modern information technology”. [10] In other words, information technology is the use of computer information processing, the use of modern electronic communication technology for information collection, storage, processing, use and related product manufacturing, technological development, information services on the new subjects [11]. Sensing technology includes information technology, communication technology, computer technology and micro-technologies. With the rapid development of science and technology, the computer courses for non-computer major students have become required courses in universities [12]. It is no doubt that the computer technology is updating the fastest. It has been affected in the teaching content, teaching method and testing method.

COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY IN NETWORK
The computer system is composed of the hardware and software, in which the two parts are independent. It is clear that the computer hardware is considerably important and plays an important role in the design or application of computer system. Many exciting applications of information technology in colleges validate that new technology-based models of teaching and learning have the power to dramatically improve educational outcomes. With the social information development to deep extension, the requirements for personnel with high-level ability in computer application are becoming more intensively. In order to be adapted to the society, it is necessary for universities or colleges to train students to master theoretical knowledge and practicable ability in computer science. The Computer Hardware is one of the curriculums for students who are engaged in research and technical development in computer science, and its aim is to cultivate the students to solve the practical problems in their professional areas or relative fields with knowledge application to Computer Hardware, and to cultivate the students to be high-qualified personnel for the nation with high ability in practical problems solution, scientific research and development and renovation. With the intensification in education reform, the intensification and optimization in teaching of Computer Hardware in computer science and technical specification for universities or colleges are considerably emphasized. The existed results show that students with solid knowledge in Computer Hardware and excellent ability in practical problem solution have great superiority in peers and they are more acceptable against the students with lower qualities. Computer knowledge and applications are the indispensable parts of undergraduates' knowledge structure, and the level of computer applications in various fields depends on the common level of computer education for all college students. Computer education will make students get advanced information technology, and will be helpful to cultivate the students' quality, to stimulate them to learn advanced science and technology, to inspire their consciousness of innovation, to raise their awareness of learning new knowledge, and to train students' ability of self-study, etc. Basic level computer education is mainly for college students who does not do major in computer. From 1980s, basic level computer education in colleges has passed through three stages: starting stage in 1980s, basic level computer education had been set up in colleges; standardized stage in 1990s, national Ministry of Education and local education services began to pay a great attention on this computer education and set up basic level computer education committee. At the same time, they pointed out there are three aspects in the teaching model. In the 21centry, computer education is moving to another higher stage, basic level computer education is facing new challenges: continuous development of social information, all trade's computer application. The computer networks will have an equally powerful impact on collaborative educational activities as shown in Fig. 1. The technological and organizational infrastructure that enables creation, storage, communication and use of information in electronic form is evolving rapidly within and among neighborhoods, communities, institutions, households and individuals. It is also changing the very concept of “community,” with information repositories, online events, virtual work groups and electronic communications redefining communities' temporal and geographic boundaries. These changes, in turn, are generating changes in the roles and responsibilities of traditional institutions for providing educational opportunities for college students.
