As investigated in last WebEx session we have seen that the issue is with Pentaho plugin which never gets initialized when your server is restarted .
This is completely plugin issue and no issue from Apps side .I would request you to give your confirmation on closing this issue from apps side and creating a new issue for server team giving the reference of current issue involving expert to investigate further on this .
Please let me know if you agree on same and allow me to open the ticket for server team to fix the Pentaho Plugin issue and close this one.
