Law is regulated by State. Moral is the inside feeling or sensation of people.
Law conducts the external behaviour. If you have and evil or criminal thoughts, the law cannot punish you, but such thoughts is against the Moral in your minds.
The aim of law is to maintain public order and good moral of the society, while Moral aims to better human being to be completed as the whole.
Violation of laws causes physical or financial penalty. Violation of Moral causes mental punishment. The hardiness of mental guilty relies upon the conscience of individuals.
