2/ STANDARD BEHAVIOR WITH CLIENTS
2.1. All guests are to be served friendly, high-quality, professionally. The administrator gives all instructions and recommendation about every visitor in respect of his health and wishes. All instructions should be fulfilled properly.
2.2. It is forbidden to make noise with falling objects during séances and other loud noises that may disturb the clients and the comfort atmosphere during the massages. To Avoid during the massages are loud talks on the phone or Line, some other loud sounds of the computer or the phone .
2.3. During a seance is not recommended to lead with the visitor long conversations. Conversations with client prohibited during the seance, if near there are other client.
2.4. The demonstration of irritability, frustration and emotional turmoil is not allowed in address of administration or visitors. Harsh speech is not polite and unacceptable, even if expressed in the Thai language.
2.5. If a visitor likes your work, in every area of the salon there is a box for tips from the clients. It is forbidden to ask clients for their gratuities.
2.6. During each massage with oil the master must wash hands before massaging the client’s head.
