All of the participant achieved a commendable final assessment on their presentation. We must take into consideration that Kansaya and Eakawut joined the class at a later date than the other 3, if they had started at the beginning I’m sure
their scores would have been higher. Kannanant and Natkritta achieved high scores
and set good examples for the rest of their team to follow. Both have read through the English language contract agreement which is in depth and very detailed, the others need to do the same so they can clearly inform the customer if they have any queries about legal issues.
I am sure most are eager to continue their English studies until they reach a more advanced level of fluency. There is still room for improvement in all 4 skills of learning English. Most have some difficulty in listening which can be done by listening to audio CD-Roms or E-learning websites with different accents while they are working on their computers.
More general English is required to boost their confidence and to bring their fluency at a higher level. All need to practice and improve their pronunciation as quite a few mistakes occur. The most important thing is to increase their English language vocabulary by using English frequently. Possessing a large vocabulary and especially vocabulary that is used in their job will be essential to their English language development.
I personally feel this course was a success thanks to the commitment of the participant’s willingness to improve. I’m sure that prospective buyers will be satisfied with the English communication being provided by 5 sales people that undertook this course.
