Creating this package wasn't an easy task and involved a lot of trial and error. "We did not have the right equipment and the scientific structure of tapioca is quite different from plastic and foam. It is crisp and brittle,thus making it very diffcult to be molded into shapes," Saisamom told NJ Magazine.
