This research is to develop bottom ash as replacement for cement and fine aggregate to produce highperformance concrete. This research was separated into two parts, the first part was to improve thequality of bottom ash by sieving before grinding and used to replace Portland cement type I at the rateof 50% by weight of binder. The second part retained the bottom ash was used to replace fineaggregate at the rate of 50% by weight of fine aggregate. And developed the properties of concreteusing limestone powder and steel fibers to produce high performance concrete. The compressivestrength, flexural strength, chloride penetration and drying shrinkage of the high performanceconcrete were determined.
