The Employee shall be on probation for a period of 119 days from the date of commencement of employment. During the probationary period the Employee agrees that if the Company deems that the performance of the Employee is not satisfactory, the Company may terminate the employment agreement by giving 30 (thirty) days advance notice of termination.
If the Employee wishes to leave during the probation period,He/She must also give 30 (thirty) days notice in writing.In the event of termination during probation period, the provision of clause 10.2 shall not apply and sole obligation of the Company shall be the payment of the Employee’s salary through the date of termination and vacation days due.
