OBJECTVE: To investigate the compatible stability of fructose diphosphate injection with cefuroxime sodium injection,cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection or Xingnaojing injection.METHODS: By using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the appearance,pH value,maximum absorption wavelength,maximum absorption(content) and the absorption curve of the mixture of fructose diphosphate injection with cefuroxime sodium injection,cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection or Xingnaojing injection at 0,0.5,2 and 4 hrs under room temperature were investigated.RESULTS: At 0,0.5,2 and 4 hrs after mixing of fructose diphosphate injection with cefuroxime sodium injection,cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection or Xingnaojing injection,the mixture experienced no significant change in appearance,pH value,maximum absorption wavelength,maximum absorption(content) and the absorption curve.CONCLUSION: Fructose diphosphate injection was proved to be compatible with cefuroxime sodium injection,cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection or Xingnaojing injection.
