hank you for your inquiry. May we clarify each irregularity case we have specifically from ARN/STO.
The first case,
Under AWB217-0516 7584 ARN-HAN. This was booked with destination as MNL. Documents received is MNL as well.
TG Cargo should prove that destination should be HAN and not MNL,
the procedure is to amend destination on AWB and Manifest, undergo Legal hearing and post cash bond
Constructive warehousing procedure
Then re-export
The Second case,
Under AWB217-0516 7702 STO-SIN. This was booked with destination as SIN. Documents received is SIN. However is not manifested.
TG MNL creates a supplementary manifest.
Next procedure is to process release and re-export as transit.
As you can see, the first case is a much different scenario where amendment process and cash bond is involve. The next case is a typical transit process only.
In conclusion, OVERCARRIED irregularity here in MNL is complicated due PH Customs always has the upper hand on how the process will be resolved. TG MNL can only hope that negotiation with PH Customs will result to an earlier release on a lower cost. We will do our best for the release and re-export of your shipment.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
