Installation
The design of the CiBAS package minimises risk at site and ensures mechanical installation of
the WHRU can be achieved via a single lift operation within one day (depending on crane limits).
Typical Installation Procedure
Each pre-assembled CiBAS package is lifted into place, landed on its foundation plates, levelled
and secured.
Internal transportation bracing is removed once the unit is located in its intended position.
The inlet duct or expansion bellows are aligned and secured to the CiBAS inlet flange.
Exhaust stack ducting (if applicable) is lifted into place and secured to the CiBAS Unit outlet
flange.
Process Inlet and outlet flanges are provided for direct connection to the pressure parts.
