Dear Techni Family,
We are excited to announce that Techni USA has expanded the Management Team. Jeff McAleer has been promoted to Service Manager within Techni US.
Jeff started his career with Techni 2009. As a service technician he has supported customers around the world and focused on coordinating our service efforts in the US. In 2014 Jeff understood that his expertise and level of care needed to be focused on site to better understand the technical difficulties we experienced at the time and gave up some of his responsibilities as a coordinator. His commitment was very much appreciated by our customers and contributed to develop engineering solutions to maintain our effort for continuous improvement.
We believe that Jeff is an ideal candidate to grow the service department in the US by leading the team with the same commitment that he has shown has a field service technician. Tomorrow, January 4th, will be his first day as Service Manager. His performance will be measured through Service Call Turn Over Days, Spare Parts to Labor Revenue Ratio, RMA Turn Over Days, Warranty Expenses, Installation GP, Overtime Hours, Service Revenue, and Service Profits.
