REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• 2-4 years experience in an Information Technology call centre
• Good Knowledge of LAN, WAN and computer system
• Good command in writing and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skill and service minded
• Possess good problem solving and communication skills
• CCNA or CCNP or multiple vendors certification will be advantage
• Hard working, devoted, adaptable and cooperative
• Able to work under the client stress environment.
• Positive and creative to continue development the personal skill.
• Multiple vendors and multiple LAN & WAN technologies skill.
• To be a Punctual and effective manner.
