In order
for workplace health to be meaningfully addressed across the full continuum, there
needs to be more room for manoeuvre at a regional level, to enable priorities identified
by a broad range of stakeholders to be listened to, inform policy and be funded. Lack of
funding to evaluate the strategy will mean it will be impossible to assess the strategy’s
potential for longer term impact on the improvement of the health of the workforce in
the North West of England.
