- Count varieties of A product in each price range that can be displayed on the first day (12 units) provide them sufficient space. If necessary, use B product to fill the area. Ensure the most commercial sub family is in the priority area and each boutique is clear and divided by price range as much as possible especially store entrance.
- After finishing floorplan, group all product samples by section and subfamily and sort by color and sleeve length to fit each area that we have decided in floorplan
- Assign staff to change hangers according to product samples
