Apologies for the delay in response, I just completed my investigation this morning on this matter and found that manufacturing had not send the new purge system yet under warranty as they are awaiting the broken system to be returned. I have informed them that they will have to send the replacement purge system ASAP and the broken system shall be send once the new purge system has been installed.
I am expecting the purge system to arrive in Singapore this week, as soon it has arrived we will send our engineer to Batam.
