•Excellent secretarial skills including working knowledge of microsoft office, word, excel, outlook & powerpoint at intermediate level
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
•Able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility & adaptability
•Attention to detail and ability to work against tight deadlines with focus on work efficiency
•Experience in multi-national setting
•Aptitude to deal / engage with many people – social skills
•Experience in banking industry is a plus
