It was very difficult to connect to the hotel wifi.
The staffs were helpful however they did not manage to solve our problem. The internet connection were better when we are in our room, even
though there is an approx 40mins disruption at one of the night in our stay.
We arranged an airport transfer (which was very expensive) but it did not show up to collect us after a long day of travelling with 2 children.
Whole hotel only have one wine opener
Spa closed at 8pm
Room service food delivered more than 1 hr. Staff not happy and tell me to be patience
No White wine

Staff throw klorin into pool even we are sitting outside the room which is near and smell it.
Had a four night nightmare with a/c, even though un-qualified hotel maintenance staff visited the room daily and failed to sort it.
I had to get hotel management involved just to get a comfortable nights sleep, which they did after four nights of ****!
Too many insect in the room, around the pool. Bees flying around the kids pool. Pest control need to be done
"I ordered pancakes for my daughter and was (a) made to wait while the staff sought to provide me chocolate syrup then(b) after 10minutes proceeded to request me to pay him for this condiment. I think the staff was taking advantage of me with two small children and trying to make extra money. I told the front desk and they said they would look into it but they didn't...or I assume they didn't.
Also each morning I would arrive for breakfast with my small children
