5.3 SHE REQUIREMENTS
5.3.1 CONTRACTOR must strictly follow and conform to TTM SHE policy and Regulations (QS-SD-CCT-01) and attach the official confirmation in the proposal. All CONTRACTOR personnel shall attend safety orientation by TTM Safety prior to performing the work. The qualified personnel for this orientation shall be certified for 6hr Safety Training according to Thai Law requirement.
5.3.2 Mobile mechanical equipment and electrical equipment / tools shall be requested for inspection and certified by TTM authorized inspector at least 5 day before start work.
5.3.3 CONTRACTOR shall organize a tool-box meeting every start-of-a-day to address on job planning and other arising safety issues.
5.3.4 CONTRACTOR shall recognize that the works are in the area of TTM Operations Department and that in the event of a conflict, TTM Operations will take precedence.
5.3.5 CONTRACTOR shall use sound and good engineering practice to perform and complete the work, without compromising safety to personnel, equipment and adjacent facilities at all time during the course of work.
5.3.6 CONTRACTOR shall provide as a minimum the following personnel protective equipment (PPE) to all personnel employed for the work:-
- Coverall (identified color) - Gloves
- Safety glasses / goggles - Safety helmet
- Safety shoes - Mask / Respirator with cartridge
- Ear plug/muffs - Safety harness with double lanyard
5.3.7 CONTRACTOR’s personnel shall not be allowed to perform the work if fail to comply with the above requirement and TTM shall not compensate the CONTRACTOR on any charges as a result of the above.
5.4 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
5.4.2 CONTRACTOR shall perform the work in accordance to TTM requirements, TTM safety, security, and environment regulation.
5.4.3 CONTRACTOR shall perform site survey the GSP plant in order to familiarize with plant regulations and daily operation. The Contractor shall consider site condition and estimate cost of all concerning work.
5.4.4 All support works necessary for the work such as erecting scaffolding, insulation removal shall directly inform TTM during site survey.
5.4.5 All assigned work shall be supervised and liaised directly to TTM personnel by CONTRACTOR’s supervisor who shall be present at all time at site during the course of the WORK.
5.4.6 The tentative working calendar that The CONTRACTOR will work with TTM as below;
Working Day : Monday – Sunday
Day Shift : 08:00 – 20:00
Night Shift : 20:00 – 08:00
5.4.7 CONTRACTOR shall response for necessary own transportation for shift working, mobilization and demobilization of manpower and accommodation during execution.
5.4.8 TTM has the right to request necessary support from CONTRACTOR during the contract in order to complete the isolation and blind work as schedule.
