As you ask me about the cause of reducing the costs as below are the reason:
1. Every year, purchasing section will be negotiating with the old supplier to reduce the cost and searching the new supplier.
2. If the supplier is unable to reduce and new supplier can reduce the cost but same quality/spec remain the same, we will select new supplier
3. Something if we do not consider brand but the quality or specification remain and are cheaper than we choose it.
Example:
1. card case
2. paper A4 (from 80 gram change to 70 gram and change brand)
3. Tissue paper
Etc.
