First of all I would like to thank you for your being our value patronage and do apologize for our rack of service that caused you unpleasant stay with us also thank you very much for your e-mail. I realize that your experience about bugs in our room is your and our serious problem. This case should be immediately reported to me but there was a rack of communication between us that make me know your experience by your e-mail. I just came back from vacation and as soon as I realize that there is are some bed bugs was found in the guest room, I have recheck in all guest rooms with the pest controller company and get rid of them already. This problem is never happened before in our property and do very sorry that this case happened to you. I would like to compensate with my sincerely apologize and would like to ask you if there is a chance to serve you again in Chiangmai during this year by giving you a complimentary stays for 2 nights in our Junior suite rooms instead of claim back by refund but if there is no opportunity to serve you again, we are pleased to refund you for the first two nights (8640 THB).

I do hope that you have a chance to visit Chiang Mai again in the future and would like have a chance to serve you again.
