This Annex 2 is made and attached to the Employment Agreement dated on (M/D/Y) between Double A (1991) Public Company Limited. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company) and Mr.Francesco Pierucci (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).
It is agreed by both parties that under the Agreement referred to above, in addition to the salary indicated in Clause 3.1 thereof, the Employee shall also enjoy the following benefits:
1. The company shall provide Twin House free of charge to the Consultant at his Disposal equipped with basic furniture, equipped kitchen, with gas oven and laundry. The Employee shall be responsible for Cooking Gas, Water supply and electricity supply charges incurred at house. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel free of charge first week of stay in house at the start of the contract.
2. The Company shall provide the car pool with driver to the employee and/or his family (wife and 2 children) subject to the Company’s regulation concerning the use of the car pool, free of charge and is limited to a distance of 3,000 km. per month.
3. The Company shall provide a round trip air ticket, economy class from/to Thailand and Hometown per year for employee and his family (wife and 2 children) when accompany the Employee work in Thailand.
4. The Company shall be responsible for providing the health insurance according to the company group insurance scheme for Employee and his family (wife and 2 children) during the period that the Employee is asked to work in Thailand.
5. The company will be responsible for the cost of visa, work permit, multiple re -entry and the matter of other immigration that are related to job for the Employee. If there is a mistake by company in arranging the timely visa or work permit the extra charges will be paid by company and if mistake happens due to reasons of the employee, it will be paid by the employee
6. For Personal Income Tax & Social Security - The employee shall be responsible for their own income tax and social security tax as required by the Thai Law.
