I see from my co-worker that you only followed a portion of my action plan and still expected it to resolve the issue? You must reboot the device to have the changes take effect. You cannot simply follow only a portion of an action plan.
The logging works as per the configuration you currently use which is wrong. You must make the change in the masters file and reboot so the logging process establishes its connection with the new information. As per the masters file which clearly states [Log], this will impact logging. If both devices have the same issue, then both devices must have the same changes made to resolve the issue.
