Everybody likes a cool drink of soda. Drinking excessive soda is bad for your health and we must cease and desist. It could be just cutting down on how much you drink, but it is still very, very bad for you. But why? Soda drinking can cause diabetes. The risks that are included in type two diabetes are: Kidney Disease, Eye Damage, Nerve Damage, Heart and Blood Vessel Disease, Ketoacidosis, Hyperglycemia, Hypoglycemia. Which is just a few! What’s the point in drinking soda if it can cause long-term effects? Yet, people don’t stop.
