context,
the
aim
of
this
study
was
to
determine the best condition for obtaining the mate bark
aqueous
extract
with
the
highest
total
polyphenol
content
and also to investigate membrane concentration of pheno-
lic compounds from mate bark aqueous extract, verifying the
identification,
quantification
and
concentration
of
these
com-
pounds during nanofiltration.
