This hotel knows how to handle customers. After leaving the Shangri-La I was asked to leave some comments, which I did. I was a happy guest, so had litle to say of complaints but came up with something, the lac of free transportation at some instant to the nearest BTS station. In one day had a letter from the manager who sent his regrets and promised that they would immediately try to improve the transportation for the convinience of new guests. I was impressed. Very professional. Otherwise this is a wonderful hotel.
