- To assist Manager with managing catering/food requirements, food safety, financial control and oversee management
- Oversee daily outlet operations
- Liasing with any contractors, agencies and suppliers to ensure the services we offer are at a standard pleasing to clients and guests alike
- To maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of outlet operations
- Effective staff management, including motivation, development, performance management, recruitment at site
- Overseeing work schedules for all employees to ensure full value is offered to our clients and residents at all time
- Leading by example with a hands-on knowledge and involvement of all aspects of the catering operation striking and effective balance between this and the administrative duties
- To plan menu with Head Chef and continuously improve food presentation, service and standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Nutitrion or Business Administration, Hotel Management or any related field
Food Dietitian Certified
Experience in an operational hospitality environment in a management position
Understanding Financial management
Works well under pressure, problem solving skills and can do attitude
Strong leadership
