• Strong current knowledge of Thailand employment and labor regulations, as well as current HR practices
• Previous experience working for a multinational organization, preferably with a U.S. corporate headquarters

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Thai required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field of study and minimum 5 years’ experience in HR with minimum of 3 years in a management role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, present the information and respond to questions from managers, staffs and general public
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
