Exercises for the moderate user were changed to progress from warm-ups with a chanted syllable to chanted single words and then to spoken three to four word phrases; the syllables and words used had an initial phoneme of either a plosive or nasal consonant. Minimal changes (between 0.5 and 2 points) were made to the point system to increase the amount of points that are available during the middle of the exercise, to prevent vocal overload at the end.
