• Does what they say they will do and can be relied upon to deliver business priorities and results
How to differentiate:
“1” (partially met expectations) can look like:
• Sometimes looks to assign blame to others rather than take ownership of their work activities
• Often does not set clear expectations, complete tasks or update others on progress
• Occasionally may say or do things which could negatively effect the Company’s reputation
“3” (exceeded expectations) can look like:
• Recognised for his/her comfort in taking calculated risks and keeping key stakeholders informed as needed in the process
• Consistently comes to the table with solutions for the team or Company that are beyond normal responsibilities
• Always takes full accountability for all personal results in all circumstances
