As a people leader, you will have several conversations with the people on your team during the People Review process.
You’ll also provide an assessment of each individual’s performance and potential to your leadership team.
The People Review process will help you work with your people to create career development plans that align with their talents and career goals, as well as with Monsanto’s needs. We conduct People Review annually, because each individual’s performance, skills, knowledge, experience and career goals tend to change over time.
