Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in wholesale/retail travel industry
Demonstrated a successful track record in a strategic sales and distribution management role at an airline
Previous experience in challenging growth targets in a start-up, expanding, and dynamic environment
Experience of cost focus and reduction in the commercial arena.
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English and Thai.
Ability to multi-task.

Maintain the overall Sales Strategy for the airline
Ensure that revenue is maximized and costs of sales are monitored to optimize profit by channel
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the Corporate, Agent and travel industry arena
Establish and develop corporate deal structure and associated sales targets
Prepare and implement written departmental processes and procedures.
Work with Finance to ensure that correct revenue accounting procedures and secure payment methods are set up and maintained
Monitor and report on all sales performances
Work with Commercial team and Manager, Sales to achieve overall revenue budget and market share targets.
Manage staff & workload to ensure that the department operates at maximum efficiency within deadlines
