All experimental data obtained were subjected to one-way analysis of
variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe's test using SPSS ® 17.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago,
IL, USA). The statistical significance of the data was evaluated at the 95%
confidence level. Mean and standard deviation values were calculated
based on data obtained from triplicate fermentations performed for
