In this position you will:
Train and manage team of customer service agent
Set and manage each agent's KPIs
Provide ongoing QA and Training to team members
Provide customer care and sales support via telephone, social media, Line in order
to deliver the best service to customer
Going above and beyond to make each customer happy
Day-to-day management of the contact center
Handle disputes & escalated issues
Assist to create and manage social media contents
Skills and requirements:
At least 3-6 years of experience in customer service
Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English
