We have received your sample bag of our fiberglass filter bag.
The result of the bag sewing broken on body caused by the over heating instead of the thread strength
As the analysis of the sample bag, We have found that
1. The PTFE membrane peel off. ---The PTFE membrane peel off caused by the over heating ( Partial temp >330 ℃ will cause the peel of the PTFE membrane)
2.The embrittlement of the fiberglass cloth--As we know the fiberglass cloth can working under 260℃ the instant temp can be 280℃. Only the high temp >300℃ will cause the Embrittlement of filter cloth
3.The PTFE thread broken, Our PTFE broken is not caused by the strength But for the high temperature.
I have enclosed a test report of the PTFE thread. For the PTFE thread It can working under 250 ℃, But As we see on bag,The PTFE thread disappear or melted.
4.The Fiberglass thread broken on bag mouth also---We used the fiberglass thread to sew the bag strip on bag mouth.
The fiberglass thread was burned, It was scorched.
We believe that the partial temp of the chamber over 350 ℃ , Also The possibility of the fire is exist.
The problem of the bag damaged is not caused by the thread, But for the temp.
As we know The PTFE thread is better than fiberglass thread whether on chemical resistance or the abrasion resistance.
It's also more expensive then FIBERGLASS thread.
The Change of the thread can't helps.
If the working temp can be controlled under 250℃ and the instant temp can be controlled under 280℃
It won't have the problem as above.
Please note of that.
