3.7. Consumer sensory analysis
Consumers found all treatments acceptable with scores of like
slightly or higher (Table 7). No differences (P N 0.05) were found by
consumers with respect to appearance, aroma, flavor, and overall acceptability
among all treatments. For C, texture was lower (P b 0.05)
than other treatments but due to the small numerical difference,
this was considered of little practical significance since C was still
liked between slightly and moderately by consumers.
