Based on information provided by Ray, this unit was damaged by dropped somewhere.
I don't know when we received this unit from Ray , and when and how we shipped it out to
our customer's location. Check the history , and remember what happened. We need
to find out the party who caused this damage.
Ray will not help us financially this subject . This was not their responsibility at all . It is the reality
of international business. We will have to investigate the fact as soon as possible.
So we should divide the matter in 2.
1) Customer care
We should send the unit back to Ray for repair immediately as they suggested.
2) Damage recovery
As I suggested. Investigate the history immediately for our next discussion please.
