Reengineering an RFF procedure requires not only a thorough understanding of the entire process, but also encourages creativity to break away from old assumptions and traditions (Evans & Lindsay, 1999). Attitudes such as “because we always do it this way” have to be replaced by “why do we do it this way?” A fresh outlook is crucial when attempting reengineering.
