What is Baking Soda?
BAKING SODA is a white crystalline substance, less soluble than sodium carbonate and having only a slight alkaline taste, used in cookery, in baking powders and in medicine.

Do you know the other names of baking soda? The first name is Bicarb. Next is Cooking Soda or Bicarbonate of Soda. Another one is Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate or Sodium Bicarbonate. All the names are from NaHCO3.
