Abstract This research bad two main objectives, namely to explore characteristics of Happy workplace relating to inequality in organizations and to study factors in Happy affecting the lessening of inequality in organization and Workplace society. The research studied used qualitative methods, specifically, literature review, in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the study revealed lbal inequality couid be comparable to chains which had intertwined relationship between internal and external boundaries. Inequality in organization was divided into two categories: income inequality and other inequality ibal causes gaps among employees. Characteristics of Happy Workplace could reduce income inequality by responding to employees' basic needs while reducing inequality that causes gaps among employees through various methods including: 1) developing knowledge and skills 2 building relationships in the organization 3 promoting employee recognition 4) baving good management 50 creating healthy organizational culture 6 creating appropriate work environment and 70 having good leadership.
