I checked transaction assignment to the different existing SAP roles with SAP-CC.

Conclusion: Below mentioned and needed transactions are assigned among others to ‘Asset_Accountant’. c.wimorat holds this role and therefore can execute the transactions without the role ‘Finance_Manager’.

Please amend the list accordingly and return it signed to me.
