1. Monitor and review the risk of export distributors and customers in European market.
2. Analyze customer profile to ensure adequate risk exposure to open credit account.
3. Review credit underwriting memos and endorsements prepared by insurers. Negotiate with credit insurer on credit limit to buyer and any credit issues.
4. Determine and implement appropriate payment terms and credit limit for customers.
5. Analyze risk of each account to determine if legal or claim actions required in case of delay payments, protracted default or customer insolvency.
6. Coordinate with branch and accounting team to clear the underpayment issues related to CMEs or any other related underpayment issues.
7. Centerize the database of all distributors handled and update as per SAP system for data accuracy.
8. Co-opreation with country branch and distributors to retrieve updated customer financial information.
9. Supervise subordinates regarding credit monitoring and any other credit issues.
