Our Bootcamp is designed to get you lean and strong.
Joining in with our fun, fast paced class you will learn the fundamental strength movements such as squatting, deadlifting, and basic presses and pulls.
You can expect to increase stamina, reduce body fat, and improve strength – push yourself to your limits in an enthusiastic, supportive atmosphere and have fun while you get fit!
Classes can be attended by people of all fitness levels, experience and ages.
