The Company has relied on representations made by the Employee during the recruitment process, including but not limited to those the Employee made on the Employee’s employment application and/or during any interview or testing. The Employee acknowledges that the Company is entitled to rely on these representations as being true and correct for the duration of the Employee’s employment with the Company; as such, the Employee shall immediately inform the Company should any of the representations cease to be entirely true and correct. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Employee’s employment should the Company determine that any of the representations made by the Employee during the recruitment process or any interview or test are false or misleading
