We expect the maximum spectrum cap issue is not easy to occur because of the maximum spectrum should be expansion normally. Although, DTAC owns the bandwidth exceed 60MHz but currently it used only 50MHz for 2G-4G services. In addition, DTAC recently proposed to transfer 5MHz bandwidth of its 1800MHz to the NBTC for auction in November. If the NBTC accepts the proposal, it would have a total of 30MHz bandwidth of 1800MHz to auction, versus 25MHz bandwidth in the original plan. We therefore expect if DTAC win the coming 1800MHz auction for 10MHz and transfer its not used of 20MHz of 1800MHz to CAT, DTAC’s bandwidth totaling of 60MHz still inline with this maximum spectrum proposal. We maintain “Neutral” weight on ICT sector as no growth catalyst in short- to medium term.
