Due to the below case , DNTH have the same case in DNTH-BPK (Slide way of die set was cut finger ; around 3-4 years ago)
Mr. Nopparong (Employee Relation Section , DNTH) informed to me that they do not pay any compensation fee to employee
because DNTH support the healing fee for employee 100% (separate from Social Security Department)
and employee received the compensation fee from DNTH’s compensation fund. (DNTH pay to Social Security Department as yearly.)
So DNTH can inform to employee that DNTH support to them already.
After Investigate in deep layer , ISTH pay the money to “ Compensation Fund “ as yearly. (ISTH pay to Social Security Department as yearly.)
And this fund have the purpose to pay the employer’s compensation fee to employee if faced the accident (in-work)
and prevent the employer’s benefit.
For current case , ISTH Employee received the this compensation fee from Social Security Department already.
And the compensation fee that’s paid to employee , it come from Compensation Fund.(ISTH pay to Social Security Department.)
Therefore if follow the law , we can reject to pay the special compensation fee to employee.
But in the humanity , I’m not sure that ISTH should pay the ISTH’s compensation fee to employee or not.
If ISTH pay in this case , ISTH will have many cases to pay the compensation fee (To be allergic to oil or other cases.)
Note : I think it’s too big amount if we pay the below amount. I think that if we have to pay ,
the amount should be less than the compensation fee from Social Security Department. (less than 23,440 THB ; one time)
Therefore would you please suggest us for this matter.
