I am also trying to raise additional capital to support our operation but at this time we are not able to be successful yet in doing so. I also want to thank you for let us pay in installment of the outstanding balance. In the next six month I hope my sale will increase to a satisfactory level so we can have a normal relationship with your company. In the meantime can you give us some forbearance and defer more payment on the new purchase that coming due each month in case we do not sale enough products to pay for the current purchase orders. Hopefully it not necessary but just in case then we will try to pay the most we can and add the rest to the amount in arrears with 2% interest add to it.
This is very difficult for me to go through this with you but if I think we can not make it in this business I would have closed it already. I think we can be successful in the near future that is why I'm working with you to help us both to a mutually benefit business relationship together. Please let me know what you think.
