The Service Provider shall inform the consignee and the notify parties stated on the SWB/BL as
to the ETA of the vessel. In the event of a revised ETA, the Service Provider will inform the
consignee, notify parties and the Transport planner of the new ETA as soon as a delay is
foreseeable. Notice must be sent by telefax or electronic medium.
Arrival Notice for arrival at final port of discharge is to be made at least:
5 working days, prior to the vessel arriving at the final port of discharge if agreed Lead time (Port
-Port) is greater than 8 Days
3 working Days, prior to the vessel arriving at the final port of discharge if agreed Lead time (Port
-Port) is less than, or equal to, 8 Days
2 working days, prior to the vessel arriving at the final port of discharge for intra Asia flows
In case of dispute of non received Arrival Notice, the proof of sending will be requested from the
carrier. In case of proof cannot be presented, the Buying Company will not pay any charges until
the day after the date of receipt of the Arrival Notice.
